EXPERIENCED RELATIONAL PSYCHOTHERAPIST BASED IN SOUTH LONDON OFFERING IN PERSON AND REMOTE THERAPY

The step it takes to want to begin therapy is an important one. It is you recognising that something within your life is not working. What that ‘something’ might be, therapy has the potential to help with. I recognise the prospect of therapy might be a daunting one. I hope I can make the kind of therapy I offer clear and accessible for you.

Therapy can take many shapes and forms. The options are plentiful because different types of therapy work for different people. It's important for you to get what you are looking for in terms of therapy and a therapist.

When you think about a therapist that you could work with, what do you see?

How I work

I hope to offer a warm, accepting and compassionate space for you to feel you can bring all parts of yourself and your life. I want to create a collaborate relationship with you where we are working on what you want to and in a way that aligns with who I am. I specialise in these three areas but can work with a range of issues.

Emotions

We can have tricky relationships with our emotions and learn behaviours to help deal with them that may help in the moment but can end us feeling worse after. We can create a  relationship with your emotions that suits you and the life you want to live.

Self-esteem

Feelings of inadequacy, and not feeling good enough can be hard to live with. We can work together on figuring out where low self-esteem stems from in your life, putting in boundaries and how to be more gentle.
